Don’t let the gas station exterior fool you, this is one of the best taqueria I’ve eaten from. Delicious, cheap, and fast. Everything a great taqueria should be! View all feedback.

Food wasn't the best, it was missing tons of flavors, there were a lot of flys, which is very uncomfortable to eat. On the other hand customer is great!
I have been looking for a reliable taco/burrito place for weeks. I gave 1 star reviews to 4 different places that advertise (on Google and/or their website) their hours but are not open when they say they will be open. That's not the end of the world, but it is a huge pain in the neck when you drive to a place only to find they are not open when they said they will be open.Anyway, Torta is in the Shell station at the corner of Rowlett Rd and Miller Rd. I stopped there around 7:30 am today (sign says they open at 7am) and ordered an egg and chorizo burrito. I saw fresh tamales so also bought a dozen pork tamales. I have to say I was very impressed with the breakfast burrito it was made fresh while I waited, full of egg and chorizo and the tamale was lightly grilled. Perfect!!! Their tamales are packed full of real pulled pork and the masa is not too thick. Prices are reasonable and everything was fresh and hot. I also want to note the lady behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this eatery.
Great beef tacos, was charged for flour but they gave me corn. The Mexican tamales are moist, great spicy flavor and lots of meat.Vegetarian options: Try a fruit cup, or other vegetarian items from the menu.Parking: It's a Shell gas station with handicap parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
Abuelas cook it up right here, love having legit tacos right down the street! If you haven't been, go.
