Cruzito's Mexican - Rowlett

Chips and salsa were good, but tiny portions, especially the salsa. I had the beef and chicken fajitas. It was served with two flour tortillas, really? Chicken was actually pretty good. Don't waste your time on the beef. Guacamole had no taste at all. My friend had the chicken nachos, and he was pleased his meal.

My wife and I enjoy Cruzitos. We went there Thursday night. They had a sign at the entrance saying short staffed. Please be patient . The service was still better than fully or overstaffed restaurants. Highly recommend Cruzitos. Thanks Jennifer.

Nuria, the waitress we got was not attentive. I had to get up and ask for what we needed and another waitress helped me out more than she did. The place was not busy as there was only another family besides us at a different section. To top things off there was a cockroach about 3 inches big wandering in plain sight. We were very disappointed especially because this is one of our go-to places when we’re having a family day.

Second time there and will most definitely be my last. Male waiter with a black beard definitely didn't want to do his job. Rude as h*ll. Slung the chips and salsa on the table. Acted like everything we were asking for was an inconvenience for him. Made faces when we asked for more salsa, didn't check in with us once, we had to look at him for him to come back to our table. He was sitting in the bar area on his phone majority of the time. Didn't offer extra napkins, didn't offer water. When we were ready to pay we had to go to the bar to get his attention to pay. Our bill was close to 50 bucks, gave him $2. Which was more than he deserved. Horrible service!!!!
