Cicis Pizza - Rowlett

We went to an empty place as soon as it was filled, kept them with fresh pizza and made sure it never went out.

I visited this store on 10/23/22 to pick up a DoorDash order, and when I arrived there, the order had already been picked up by someone else. Usually 9 times from 10, if this happens in any other restaurant operation, I am usually yelled by the manager because they do not want to eat (what costs the restaurant money - what I get completely). Instead of screaming as usual, the manager Josh had confirmed me with my client that they did not get their food yet, so we could find that it was stolen, and that it had to be made new for the paying customer. While the pizzas were restored, he also contacted DoorDash support and not only reimbursed Cici?s for the original order, but the second order I thought was very impressive considering how much pain it is to talk to DoorDash customer service. Most restaurant managers either cancel the second order, leave the customer food-free and have to contact DoorDash support for a refund, or remake the food without contact to DoorDash support for a refund that costs the restaurant money by placing the order twice for only 1 payment. I was very impressed by how Josh treated the situation professionally and could save Cicis at cost by supporting the additional Hoop of Contacting. I just wanted to show my appreciation for his help today and how useful it is for your company.

Woman bathroom is bad not clean in a while you can say a ring in the bag. Not many different pizzas and it was cold.

Tables dirty, food on the floor, pizza was greasier than normal. What pizza was on the buffet. They had a variety of spinach, cheese, and Hawaiian pizza but not much else. Dessert buffet was terrible, the cinnamon rolls were as hard as they look (see pictures) and staff was not working very hard while the manager was eating out of what looked like a kitchen mixing bowl. I'm a huge fan of cicis but not this one

For our first experience at this CiCi's, it was not very good and I would never recommend this place to anyone. We ordered the chicken wings and was never advised of how long it would take. We got our food and sat down to eat. After 15 minutes, I approached the clueless cashier to inquire how much longer and she said it's almost finished. Waited another 5 minutes and nothing. So I requested a refund since someone obviously forgot to put it in. The manager tried to say it takes longer since its baked, that's not accurate and even if it was, we should be told ahead of time. The cashier seemed like she was in Lala land and the manager doesnt care about anything. The playroom was a ridiculous excuse for an arcade. Some games didn't work and 80% of what they had was a claw drop that was so weak that it couldnt pick up a feather.
