Walked into this Baskin Robbins at 3:00 on a Thursday. They had NO ice cream at all. They said that ALL their ice cream was frozen so they didn’t set any out. A couple of weeks ago we went up to the door around 5:00 to go in. There was a note on the door saying we had to go through the drive through. Very unfriendly service! Drove through to pick up a quick breakfast and the cashier took my money, gave me my change, and handed me my items all without speaking a word to me not a hello, thank you, have a good day or anything. Only reason I'm giving two stars is my kids love their donuts and we've had better experiences in the past.
I asked for a cream cheese and bagel and got this! This is clearly not cream cheese just slap of a slice of American cheese. Really?! This is disappointing.
Horrible service a girl work, a worker up like a kite. Almost an hour to get our drinks
The shop in Rowlett TX is the worst Baskin Robbins show I've ever had and Dunkin Donuts is not far behind it. Burn freezer on the ice. Staff are more interested in flirting then working. I'll drive to Rowlett right away.
Stopped in yesterday at 7:25 pm to pick up some Rainbow Sherbert and they had already packed up the ice cream buckets for closing which was at 8:00pm. The should adjust their hours if they don’t want to serve the customers.
