The walks offer stunning views and are truly fabulous. Birdwatchers will enjoy spotting various species, which might annoy their lists when they’re out and about. The small tea room in the visitor center has a wonderful selection of tasty treats to accompany your cup of tea, making it the perfect way to end your day. View all feedback.
Very friendly visitor centre with good selection of food. Seats outside, dogs welcome. Limited parking. We probably only did a quarter of the walks on offer from this point. We did the river walk and sculpture trail for about 3 hours, good places along the river for children to get down and plodge. Other walks are signposted so we will definitely return.
Great place to go waking, lots of trails to pick from , sculpture trail is good , short with lots of carved sculptures to look out for , cafe does great bacon butties and hot chocolate, other snacks and drinks available.
Always friendly staff. Very dog friendly inside. Outdoor tables where you can watch various birds at feeding table. Reasonable prices. Excellent bacon sandwiches. Great day out for family. Woodland walks with worksheets. Wooden sculpture walk. As long or as short as you wish.
This park is best in this land, very clean and safe for children, older people, families, they can drive on pushbikes, wander kidnapping, etc. They can do what they want, chill, the rest, a lot of forest and home animals, birds, best coffee, which also had from a long time, friendly staff for free cake, was delicious, what I think on my tourist cleansing away some
Had a big walk around the forests today, I really loved the carvings and lots of mushrooms that we have seen, at the end we put in the caffe for a bacon sandwich and a coffee, not sweat a bit here or exaggerated in some way, when I say I had only the most beautiful bacon sandwich I had ever had (that I did not make myself) the easy to use
