Noodle Kitchen Shanghai Cuisine

Really good Chinese food. The Shanghai Pan Fried Dumpling was cooked to perfection! It was crispy on the bottom and the bun was fluffy with meat inside juicy! The Shanghai Steamed Dumpling has good dumpling texture with juice from the meat pouring out like little soup. The Crispy Fish Fillet with Seaweed....omg..super yummy!!! the outside is fried with batter and has a hint of seaweed flavor with salt. The fish inside, is soft and delicious!!!!! I can't get enough of this!!!!! One of my favorite dishes!!!

Pretty authentic shanghai food. They made everything from scratch. Price is okay. Service is acceptable. If you like southern China food I would recommend you to give it a try.

Had their beef noodle soup and pan fried dumplings. The noodle was tasty yet not oily at all. The broth can be drank after finishing the noodle. You get a good amount for what you pay. The pan fried dumplings came with vinegar and was delicious. Both items cost about $8 each. This place’s main specialty is actually Shanghai style hot pot, so perhaps I will find a chance to go back. The service was great and non-intrusive as I wanted.
