It 's a shame about the total lack of analytica... read more The restaurant is a 7-star oasis in the heart of Rovereto, bathed in sunshine and boasting rare professionalism. It 's a shame about the total lack of analytical thinking in the service: sitting down for two cappuccinos and croissants with a 2.5-year-old child, we were denied two chips (even though we paid for them) because they were exclusive for the aperitivo. It 's sad to see how the management 's rigid protocols prevail over common sense and hospitality, especially toward a child. A splendid setting, but the hospitality needs to be fundamentally reconsidered.
