As a group, we had the chance to try a variety of dishes—from the reindeer loin to vegetarian risotto and classic steak—and everything was superb. The restaurant has also a great vibe .

Truly a must try when in Roveniemi. I came here based on a recommendation by a local friend as I was visiting. Although I didn't have a reservation (I highly recommend it) they were able to seat me luckily another party was not so lucky. I had their house cured white fish extremely delicate and not like other fishy cured fish before. The taste was clean and you have all the other flavors to enjoy not over powered by the fish at all. Next was Oula's reindeer another winner in my books. Reindeer was fresh and tender paired wonderfully with oyster mushrooms and black currant. Definitely one of the best if not the best reindeer I've ever had. Bravo to the chef! Overall what a wonderful introduction to Lapland and Roveniemi. If you are in the area, I highly recommend this. The food was amazing, and the staff was incredibly welcoming—so much so that I can say that I have never met such friendly staff before! Plus, the service was fast!
