I visited Grilled Rouse Hill today and ordered a chicken burger. The portion size was smaller than expected and there was not enough chicken in it - half of the burger was just lettuce. I expressed my disappointment to the waitress, but she seemed indifferent and didn't show much concern. I expected better value for what I paid and at least some level of customer care.
