For more employees order lunch. Tyira has processed my order. She was very nice and the order was perfectly packed. Everyone in his own pocket without asking me. The frits, the food was hot and fresh and especially fast. Thanks for the great service tea! View all feedback.

Order online by door Dash and they do not put the utensils, straw and spices I requested. I even called and asked that they put a page of Ranch with my order because you can't order it online? I would give them a star, but the food was fresh and they also made the burger right... overall don't order online because they just send it out of the door with no greetings and you hang hanging down some dry French pommes, no... Worst Whataburger I 've ever been to.Half the time they get your order wrong while still charging you for what you actually ordered. Multiple times they 've served dry, almost burnt patties with fries that have been stale for hours or taste like cleaning chemicals.And despite being listed as 24 hours they frequently close anyways.Overall I would advise driving a little further to go to literally any other Whataburger in Austin.
Cars wrapped around the building to wait after paying for the food. A good 20-30 minute total wait time.Edit update: we’re 45 minutes in waiting around the front of the building because they brought us the wrong food. It likely was for the guy in front of us who drove off without his food due to how much time we were all waiting.
2022 Sep This place is pretty OK.The interior is pretty clean. Floors clean (mopped and mostly picked up (stray napkin blown off a table retrieved .The staff is normally friendly. There appear to be a few (mentally disabled/handicapped? people hired specifically to bring dine in orders to the table which I REALLY appreciate. Nice to see employers offer opportunity for meaningful work within their capabilities.Counter service is ALWAYS slow. Their is usually plenty of staff. Often chatting in a cluster near the drive through service area between rushes. But the one person apparently designated to take counter orders is often doing something else and no one covers that role. Ever.Atypical for fast food, the staff does not look stressed or ground down. Lots of smiles. Pretty relaxed. Plenty of bodies to help with everything, so good on management.The food here is consistent with rhe brand —you like Whataburger food or you don’t. I’ve been here for all meal times. Even LATE at night my order was accurate and Whataburger-good.All in all, perfectly cromulent.
Got food on Friday eve, 2 out of the 4 hamburgers were cold and it was almost an hour from pulling up till we got our food. Do not eat here
