During our time living in South East Florida, Whataburger hadn't yet made its way there. (There are locations now, but we're back home in Texas!) Every time we returned to Texas, our first stop was always Whataburger, followed by a visit for some Blue Bell Ice Cream. Neither of these treats were available in Florida at that time. Now, I'm thrilled to be just 0.4 miles away from a Whataburger and a store that sells Bl... View all feedback.
What Daniel Urgessa doesn't like about Whataburger:
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I was waiting in lane B for my food, but it felt like the line was completely stagnant. Three cars that arrived after me in lane A were served and left while I stood in line for over 30 minutes. My order wasn't complicated, and there was hardly anyone there; they definitely weren't understaffed. I just don't understand why it took so long. Finally, when I got home, I discove... We were leaving Round Rock heading back to Houston. We stopped in for breakfast and had a great customer service experience. My wife's order got messed up and John (Manager) immediately apologized and went to work making it right. He made sure my wife's order got cooked immediately and delivered it to her with an apology. He even brought a cinnamon roll for my daughter just to show that they did care about us receiving great customer service. I don't know about the other individuals complaints on here, but I do know we received great customer service. Thank You John

Finally, when I got home, I discovered that they forgot to include the cookies I ordered for the kids. I've decided not to return, and I’ll make sure my kids know how awful this restaurant is as they grow up.
"What can I say about Whataburger? I visited for breakfast, and I found the breakfast burgers to be just okay. The service was also satisfactory; I didn't have to wait too long to place my order or receive my food. Perhaps if I return to this specific Whataburger in the future, I might have a more positive experience and be able to provide a better review. For now, I'm left with an average impression—neither particularly good nor bad. I believe the staff is making a genuine effort, which is why I'm sharing this review as it stands. I hope it’s received constructively, rather than as a criticism. This is simply a reflection of my experience on this occasion. Thank you for serving me breakfast!"
This was the best Whataburger I've had in a long time. We stopped here while driving home from Denton.
