Service was great as always. They were made of Bratbeef and tomatoes, and then the ice machine was broken. I sacrificed my desire for another sandwich. This location is next to where I live, so very comfortable. Food: 4/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
I placed an order online and it had automatically selected the Uni-Shop and my three sandwiches came to $18 and changed. I changed the pickup location to the East Palm Valley location and my order went to almost $27. I'm not sure if this is because the university's location is in a gas station? No matter that they are very expensive at this point. View all feedback.
On June 24, I ordered the delivery for my son and me. My was Bratbeef and his was the cold cut combo. Both sandwiches were ordered with extra Mayo, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. We ordered the delivery because we stayed temporarily in a motel while I recovered from the operation. When our orders arrived, my son was there. But my bratbeef had absolutely no COs! Nothing. Only meat and vegetables. If I were home, I would have broken up and just added these spices from my own refrigerator, but since we're in a motel, we don't have anything. I called the store that made it, and the manager said they couldn't leave the store to bring me a new one, and the only way to get a new one that was made or even got a refund was to bring it to the store. I explained to her the situation and that I could not go (i.e. the reason for delivery first place) I asked for her supervisor's contact information and she refused to give it. My only way at this point was to go online on their contact page and submit a complaint that all stated above. I requested a refund. I also added the pictures and that was the exact answer for word I didn't even come back, but TWICE! I have placed the audio/video surveillance oil, vinegar, Mayo salt and pepper on the sandwich if it has not been made to your wishes, you can bring back the sandwich and the team will give it back for you in your preliminary knowledge. I appreciate your feedback and the time you needed to share your position. I'm sorry your last visit doesn't meet your expectations. It's a Subway. It's the experience you would expect at Subway. Everything was done perfectly. Thanks for the great meal!
I just ordered here and the young man that made my sandwiches, I wish I got his name but I didn’t, had the best customer service skills I’ve seen in quite awhile. He had longer hair and looked very young, but very polite and made sure to engage while he loaded the sub up with veggies, for a young man in the work force I was surprised to see his attention to interacting with the customer, great job to him!
I went in and was greeted politely and the lady who made my sandwiches was kind however when checking out I let the cashier know he it’s my birthday any cool discount I can get (with a chuckle) and I was met with a blank stare and no response. It also didn’t help at all that I ordered two sandwiches and she could only ring up 1 at a time and I was met with a “you ordered two sandwiches…?” Yes I did one for me and one for a friend and was met again with a blank stare no apology no birthday cookie just sad experience.Note this isn’t the only bad experience I’ve had at this subway it’s consistently failed expectations every. Single. Time.Won’t be seeing me here anymore
The promotional pictures that Subways post now is laughable. Many years ago you might have gotten all that meat protein on your sandwiches, but not anymore. I have tried this particular Subway on occasion, and while I guess they do as good a job, or better, than others, I'm still underwhelmed by Subways' products as a whole. I always order double meat on my sandwiches at Subway because their meat is sliced so thin it's almost transparent. Their vegetables, however, are always fresh, the lettuce crisp, etc. I still like their sauces and varieties of breads. This restaurant's customer service is usually okay, and I do have to give them Kudos for delivering double-meat when I request it, as opposed to other Subways I've been to where they don't, but charge me like they did. All-in-all, this restaurant is good for a quick, high carb meal.
