Girl at counter was nice and helped a person who knew not what she was ordering for another person! Lol. Washed cups purchased before using them!! What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Not sure what's going on? But my last stations at this point were disappointing. Yes in kindness. But when it comes to my simple drinks, it's a HUGE negative. For example today; ordered a Venti Earl Grey with 3 sugar in the Raw. The tea is so bitter, I don't think they added the sugar packages. I have to pour it out to see it. Please don't get the cappuccino here, they always make it as a latte. Just a waste of time!
New staff ruined this place! They ruin my drink on Tuesday. Make me 20 minutes late to work…. Then? They tell me. That I can call Ahead of time so that they can remake my drink and they never answer the phone... Just to come in and see how completely dead they are standing around... Screw my remade drink I will not return to this stupid location again. They are freaking careless
Pretty long wait, but they were busy. My white chocolate mocha was ok but not very sweet.
Where do I start...we ordered two grande caramel macchiato's and waited about 25 min for our order, once we got our order the cups weren't filled all the way and the coffee tastes horrible like burnt coffee! Honestly won't be going back again! This is why we choose Dutch Bros we just wanted to use our gift card we got for Xmas but never again! We gave Starbucks too many chances! No more! If y'all want amazing coffee don't come here!
