Sortino's Italian Kitchen - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Sortino's Italian Kitchen:
it was terrible. we had a reservation for 6:30. we came at 6:25. the whole restaurant might have had three tables that had rest, was empty. hostess could not find that my reservation had to show their confirmation thru open table on my handy. we probably sat 15 minutes before our server. we ordered a glass of wine. 20 minutes later soaked, but no cry. we ordered after 30 minutes server informed us my man dinner was r... We were excited to eat here since we loved it before. Unfortunately, our food arrived before our drinks. We mentioned it when our food arrived. Was told they would bring them. Another 15 minutes or so passed and I had to bring it to the hostess attention.
