Pho Viet - Round Rock

When I got home and opened my food, I was disgusted to find a big hair on one of the cloves in my meal. Aside from the extremely poor service, the noodle dish I ordered had absolutely no flavor or sauce. I also called ahead to ask about getting a bowl of just pho broth, and the owner quoted me $8 for it! Overall, the customer service was awful, and the food was both disappointing and overpriced. Many of the other reviews that mention bad service and mediocre food at high prices are completely accurate. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

The restaurant offers consistently good, traditional Vietnamese cuisine with a large menu that, while not overly extensive, features a variety of options. They also serve crepes, which are somewhat harder to find elsewhere. I've always experienced excellent service during my visits.

Next, she brought my friend his soup and then, finally, my spring rolls. I thought it was odd that she didn’t bring everything out together, so I waited. After about 10-15 minutes, I asked where my vermicelli was, and yet again, she told me I hadn’t ordered it. Instead of just admitting her mistake, she continued to insist that I was wrong. I used to enjoy this restaurant, but I can't support a place where the staff treats customers this way. In the end, I only managed to eat two spring rolls because I was so disappointed.
