My favorite espresso in the area. Consistently good. Baristas are knowledgeable and friendly. David takes pride in his pulls and asks for feedback. Sparkling Water on the side. Only wish they served a demitasse spoon with espresso. View all feedback.
What steve m doesn't like about Lamppost Coffee:
Ordered a coffee and a monkey muffin this morning. The monkey muffin I ate had mold on the bottom of the muffin (as shown in the photo). Employees apologized and gave a full refund. I’d recommend not getting any baked goods here as there doesn’t seem to be any quality control. View all feedback.
Great coffee and staff. Very nice and personable. They have nice lids and use an appropriate amount of ice in the iced drinks
Great service and quality coffee products. I've had quick, courteous service and consistent quality from several different baristas. I recommend stopping in to try a pourover of one of their single origin offerings roasted in-house.
You can curl up on one of the big, red, cozy sofas, grab one of their magical Lamba lattes (hot or iced) and ponder what magician came up with this otherworldly concoction. Beware that you will feel tempted to gulp it down in one go. The first swig of the Lamba latte will transform your life and transport you into Narnia. Whatever the time of the day and whatever the weather, a rainy morning or a quiet, pink sky evening, it is a curious place to be. And all the baristas remind me of the good characters from an Enid Blyton book.
Perfect place to sit and scribble down fleeting thoughts on your journal while sipping a splendid cup of hot latte. They also have an excellent selection of teas. Particularly the Earl Grey and the English Breakfast tea are of top quality (Take it from a self-proclaimed tea expert who drinks a copious amount of tea on a daily basis. . Goes well with a splash of half and half and a buttery, blueberry muffin on the side. Take a bite of the muffin and let it sit in your mouth for a few seconds. You can almost feel it melt and run down your tongue delighting your taste buds.
Very comfy atmosphere, i felt peaceful and at home here. coffee was yummy, i got a limited edition summer drink (iced banana split mocha) and a toasted rosemary sea salt bagel with cream cheese and my wife got a cold brew and zucchini banana nut muffin. everything was delicious and a great start to our staycation.
