Ikea - Round Rock

I will serve people who eat at IKEA Restaurant, they should be taught some manners and customer service.... Ikea should remove those employees who spoil their reputation.

We went to the IKEA restaurant today. Afternoon. I wanted to eat there. The guy looking at the food counter was extremely rude. He spoke in a way as if we were just stupid that he does it to listen to us and tell his employees that he gets our order. And there is almost nothing to order as we are vegetarian. The veggie wrap is terrible, with a tortilla like leather. We used to have a great experience. But now there is no proper food top that they have recruited people who lack basic manners. It won't be our money back here.

I have no vegetarian options. The Pommes were good. I didn't like the veggiballs.

I was looking for a place to eat and relax on my way to Austin. After a lengthy search in the park and considering that parking in Austin isn’t free, especially on a Saturday when all the popular spots are likely to be crowded, I decided to stop here. It turned out to be a great choice for a meal on the way. The interior is beautiful and refreshing, and the prices are reasonable. There’s shaded parking available, plus Wi-Fi, restrooms, and all the necessary amenities. While this isn’t a traditional restaurant, it’s a nice spot to grab a meal and enjoy the experience. I also appreciate their commitment to recycling and maintaining a clean environment.

The place seems to be cutting down on cost on all fronts. The salmon fillet portion is getting smaller each time we visited. The french fries used to be 1.99 for a bowl now it's kids meal sized plate. All veggies are gone and all dishes come with string beans. I got flyer for a free birthday meal with a piece of cake and when I came in 2 hours before closing, there was no cake and only couple of plates of salads.... The price used to be good but the value is evaporating.
