First online order here, appeared at my expected pick-up time, and they had not even started on my order. Waited 30 minutes overall, there were other customers in the store who explained that they also wait too long. A customer even asked if his order was finished and apparently it was, he was only there not waiting for any reason without an employee recognizing him. My pizza was delivered to the wrong address. When I called the shop, the employee accused me not to order pizza. After the problem has been reported, the employee hung the phone in my face. The problem has never been solved.
This location suffers from extensive quality control issues ranging from staff through to management, and delivery drivers. We order usually several times a month. In the past year, probably one of the three orders are typically wrong. When I say wrong... Not even the pizza we ordered. It's not hard to verify the pizza matches with the receipt that could be checked by a staff member and then secondary checked by the delivery driver...
Seemed like good service, we had a very large order for a team, for pick up. It was accurately fulfilled on time
They called me because I “pranked called them” but I did not but other then that they still have food because of the good food and nice people
This place use to be my favorite but they are really messing up my pizza the past month. I went to now pick up my free pizza. They messed up the first order soo I had to wait another 10 min and then when I picked up the pizza I had extra tomato sauce but I asked for less and extra cheese. They even messed up on the cheese. It's a damn joke
