I had a disappointing experience at DQ, especially considering the nearly $30 I spent. Some of the food was burnt while other items were cold. This will be my last visit to this location on the hill. The burgers were served with unmelted cheese, the onion rings and jalapeños were burnt, and the only redeeming items were the Blizzard and the drinks. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

I'm unable to give this restaurant a rating of zero stars. It's unclean, but what's even worse is the rude attitude of the managers when asked simple questions. It's truly disgusting. Update: My husband developed stomach pain after eating his ice cream tonight, and my daughter has been feeling ill after eating her food. Stay away from this place.

Disgusting! Does the owner of this place not care that the food and staff suck? This location is consistently horrible, and yet I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt over the past year. Well, this is the last time! Went this afternoon for a combo meal. The burger bun was soaked, so wet I had to take it off. The fries were nasty. Greasy and old grease was used. You could smell them through the bag. How do they stay in business? The ice cream is the only thing they can't screw up......sad.
