I stopped at midday. The drive thru was packed as usual, so I went to the outside table and was immediately welcomed. In a minute or two, my two chickpeas were brought with me. As usual they were very good. Consistent service and quality was the hallmark of this chain and again I received great sandwiches. View all feedback.
What Dell Blick doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
The fries were fresh and hot. The chicken was not. Tasted pretty old. Didn't realize when they rebuilt that there was no inside dining. Haven't had chick fil a in over a year and I remember why now. Definitely not in a hurry to return. View all feedback.
The way they have adjusted the mobile hurdle now you have an additional 20 minutes to wait. I used to order more often because of speed. Now I just skip Chick-fil-A together.
A well-organized restaurant designed for heavy demand. And we all know why the chicken is phenomenal.
I came thru drive thru on thrusday morning ,and freakin they didn’t tell my my breakfast biscuit was piping hot,gave the worst blister in my mouth on the inside of my cheek ,now it popped and eating food hurts…yeah so that’s messed up ,very disappointed their all like oh my pleasure,oh my pleasure
At around 1:14 PM I arrived to this location. Member took my order in lane 1, I decided to move from lane 1 to 2 to allow other vehicles to order due to the fact that the lane was long and everyone was stuck in one lane. A member tried to take my order again to what I replied by saying I already got it taken, she was rude and said well you are actually in the wrong lane but just stay on this lane I did not reply and simply followed as ordered.At this point I am wondering if I made a mistake, well my lane actually takes a long time and I am ok with it, maybe I made a mistake.I reached the drive thru and was not greeted by Mr Layne Johnson and asked for my name, I replied and he looked at me and said you know you were in the wrong lane right?, there 's cones, to which I replied trying to inform myself If I made a mistake and if I did so I know better next time and I can follow proper procedures. At no point was I told what lane to follow and so I proceeded by asking Layne if there is a sign that says stay on this lane? he smirked and walked to get my food which was sitting on the counter just getting cold because he decided that arguing was more important and very forcefully grabbed the bag, handed it to me at face level saying I get it!, you don 't know how to drive ...excuse me?, can I speak to your manager? to which he replied by saying I am the manager .I proceeded to talk to the Manager inside the location, I encountered Bryan who was really nice and serviceable and said he would handle the situation. I forgot to add one more fact during our conversation so I came back to let him know Layne had wrongfully used the manager as a position. I was greeted by Layne again and asked him I wanted to speak to Bryan only. He agreed and opened the door with Bryan next to him. I told him what he had said, and they both informed that they shared the responsibility.Chick fil a stands out for their costumer service, a very good friend of mine worked for Chick file a. This was unacceptable behavior and a sorry excuse for professionalism. This location DOES NOT represent the mission statement of the company ...To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A. Mr Layne Johnson was out of hand, rude and provided horrible costumer service and in my opinion does not deserve to represent what Chick File A stands for.I have submitted a formal complain to corporate to ensure administrative action is taken on this individual. No one should feel threatened or accused by asking a simple legitimate question.Never coming back to this location again and will ensure everyone I come in contact does not either.I went back to look at the signs and as I recalled I was not in the WRONG.WORSE CHICK FIL A EVER IN THE HISTORY OF CHICK FIL A, AVOID AT ALL COST!I FEEL SORRY THAT THERE ARE GOOD PEOPLE WORKING IN AN ESTABLISHMENT WITH SUCH TOXIC LEADERSHIP AND MANAGERS.The 1 star is for the rest of the team, but clearly this location can care less to hire quality workers with proper costumer service etiquette.
I got food from them couple days ago and something bad was in the food couple hours later I have a high fever and sore throat I was literally fine until I ate from them
