Went for lunch and while it wasn’t super packed the food came out slow. Great attentive customer service from Shivan. Half off pizza on Mondays. Good beer choices in the Gold medal flight. Boneless wings weren’t dried out. Tavern cut pepperoni pizza was oily but tasty. Hickory brisket and bacon burger was cooked and plated perfectly. Fries were a little too salty. What AATT doesn't like about Bj's Brewhouse:
I usually enjoy eating at BJs; however, this was not as great of an experience. The serve was very nice however we forgot to bring us ketchup several times and one time brought me the check instead we weren't ready for it. Also, my spaghetti was lukewarm, and when I asked for a newer portion, it was the same temperature. *Be careful to make sure the pasta is hot. Ordered delivery. Supposed to be delivered by 5:04. Car pulled up at 5:02 and sat. Then turned around and left. Figured it wasn’t delivery Driver. Sent a message at 5:25 to find out where the food was. Told it would arrive by 5:35. Same car as before pulled up and delivered food. Stone cold. Disgusting. Called restaurant to complain and ask for refund. Put on hold for 11 minutes. At first manager said nothing he could do. When I mentioned I’d put a review on FB he changed his tune. Said money should be refunded by Tuesday. But if not, call back in and they’d try to fix it. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.
While the atmosphere is appealing and modern, I'll say with this location as well as my first experience with this establishment. The food was, for the most part, lackluster at best. Only one of the appetizers was delicious. But the way I'd describe the food that I ordered would be overpriced roadkill wrapped in a cardboard box with a spit of sauce on it. Our service while at this establishment was dreadful and disorganized as well as supremely neglectful. I don't recommend going to this establishment. It is a hall of lies.
