The prices are extremely high and definitely not justified. I visited with my family and ordered a banana split, but I had to ask them for the banana because they forgot to include it. They also neglected to add toppings to my family's ice creams. There were only three staff members working, and they seemed to be in a hurry for no apparent reason. Emma treated a complicated delivery service situation with know-how. She was behind the counter and the only one in the store. I arrived with my girlfriend to get some ice cream, and when we saw that there was a delivery driver to be fighting with Emma for a delivery service like Uber Eats or DoorDash. They (Emma) helped another customer and their children at the time, and when the only one was in the store, both the conversation with the delivery person and the person had to cheer with their family. That's why Emma was called for bad customer service because she was the customer who was there before delivery. The family, when she was paid, shook out and was obviously uncomfortable with the situation. The conversation went back and forth, and the delivery driver was on the phone with the person who had placed the order. After tired with the information given by the delivery driver, he simply put the person on the phone to listen to speaker Emma directly say the same information she had repeatedly said. The problem was simple: Emma could not replace an order. Instead of understanding that there was only a simple policy and either cancel the order or get a partial refund, the delivery driver and the customer on the phone called for a manager, gave her for not knowing how to do things, and gave them for the wrong communication in general. The customer on the phone also blamed her for false inventory, which happens all the time and is not something to blame the only person there. That went on a while. My friend and I both worked in customer service and in the food and beverage industry, and we knew Emma could not do anything about the situation. After about 5 minutes of the same thing said, my girlfriend and I joined to try to calm the situation and get the delivery person to stop fighting with Emma. After a partial refund, the delivery driver helped the person on the phone get Emma's name to leave a negative review. My friend and I, as witnesses, will say that Emma held this place and did an amazing job. This happened on 12.07.22. Emma, you were great, and the ice was also a bomb! This is by far the worst BR I visited. I went to the Drive-Thru and ordered a small and middle shake and was charged $15.13 only to go home and find that the price should have been $11.23. In addition, the ice tasted like it had been sitting there since the turn of the century. Anyway, it wasn't fresh. .
Door closed at 9:40PM, drive thru was still open. Placed our order and when we came to the window, an article was wrong. The girl with glasses (drive white Lexus) had MAJOR ATTITUDE while correcting it.
You have this terrible policy not to write on cake when the manager is not there. I tried to get a pre-baked cake written on it with just a simple happy birthday x and was only informed that the manager could do that. That's ridiculous because it was on a weekday at 1:30. The manager must either stop being a control freak or be there at any time.
