Kfc - Round Lake

Terrible service waited in drive thru for 15 minutes to get a 20 fill up and get home to find out there’s only 5 pieces of chicken in the bucket when there was supposed to be 8 no breasts and when I called they said I would have to come right back and they would give me a refund I live 15 minutes away I’m not going back right away for there mistake I said I’ll take a voucher or something for next time they said they don’t do that girl was very rude how hard is your job to put chicken in the bucket so Popeyes for now on I’ll never go back to the one in Round lake went to kfc 3 time in 2 months each time they said they have no more chicken I contacted corporate nothing happens no changes place is trash popeys is my go to now at least they have chicken Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So I went to KFC for my birthday to get a chicken sandwich. I went there with a coupon btw they said it was fake even though we got it off there website. And one thing I hated was that the staff there was so rude. Sometimes when my family orders chicken the staff there mis count our chicken and we get less than we order. Then we have to go back and re do the order, again the staff is really messed up and give us sass. Would not recommend these days. Disappointed Vegetarian options: If your vegan, kfc is very good at giving you vegan orders!!! Parking: A good amount of parking Kid-friendliness: There crowns make my family and dogs day !!! VERY BAD customer service!!! It is pretty obvious the manager with short pink hair does NOT know how to manage this place what so ever! Service: Take out Food: 4 Service: 1

I had to wait for 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only 1 car in front of me. The service was incredible, and it's impressive how the manager remains unaffected by other customers' reviews. It takes real talent to be so terrible at customer service. Congratulations, guys! The food was average, but the service was a disappointment. I would rate the food a 3 and the service a 1.

They have consistently forgotten to include the sauce I requested, and even forgot my drink last time. It's becoming frustrating to order delivery and have to pay extra only to have my order messed up. This is the third time it has happened this month.
