I would give zero if I could. The staff, especially the managers are completely flaky and useless. After informing me they could not make my food, which was a quesadilla, I was directed to the app. Which then took 14 minutes past when they PROMISED my food for someone to wander out with my order. Beef has been given to me when I ordered vegetarian food. It’s not acceptable to come home and see beef in the vegetarian food. Terrible service

And will never be returning to this location. As I was leaving I was flipped off by a staff member. Absolutely disgusting.
Went there last night with my family. We all ordered burrito bowls with white rice. The rice was so under cooked that it was still crunchy. We addressed the issue with the manager and he happily replaced them with new bowls, however, half way through the meal my wife found a dime size piece of plastic in her new bowl!! Come on at this point that's pretty ridiculous! Once again we addressed it with the manager and he shrugged it off as though it was no big deal. The only thing he did was refund that one bowl. Adding insult to injury, today my wife and I as sick to our stomachs. Thanks Chipotle! We will not be returning.
This Chipotle is hands down the worst location. They always mess up orders, rarely give salad dressing when ordering a salad and then when you ask for it after noticing they didn’t provide any, they refuse to make more or give you one. They also don’t offer anything in return or as a replacement if they are out. I’ve reached out to corporate several times because each order is incorrect or missing items.
I just got three bowls, I had them put on rice, carnitas, lettuce and cheese. They made me wait 10 minutes after they put on the meat to ask me what else I wanted on it. Everything is cold now. You would think being in the store instead of ordering online would be better, but Chipotle hires the people with the worst time management I have ever seen.
