Ciera Steak Chophouse

We're be loyal customers for years. We've always had a very good dining experience at Ciera, and Saturday night was no exception. Excellent service and the food was prepared perfectly.

The atmosphere was very nice, the booth seats were amazingly comfortable. My wife has a bad back the the pillows were very comfy. Great service they were very attentive but not over the top. Extremely friendly and helpful. We were celebrating 30 year wedding anniversary and they really made it a special time. Can't say enough about the food it was amazingly good. One of the best steaks I have ever had flavorful tender and cooked to perfection for both of us! The salads and bread were very good and remarkable. The deserts were So good. The attention to us and every detail made it the best experience. We REALLY ENJOYED OUR TIME! Thank you to the staff and chef for such a memorable experience a 10 out of 10! One thing that we didn't care for was the smoke from the tobacco shop at the hall to the entrance to the restaurant.

WOW!! This was truly an Amazing dining experience. From the moment you enter the front door the Hostess greets you with a smile, your pleasantly taken your hideaway booth. There we were lucky enough to meet Monica, the restaurant Manager who was an absolute delight to speak with, and was so helpful and caring about our evening, and our order. After that we met John, who was our waiter for the remainder of the evening. John was also and absolute delite!! as well, Very helpful and caring about our evening, and our order, the quality of our meal, and a great photographer!! The staff was amazing, and food was perfectly prepared. To cap off the evening, Edgar, our waiter assistant was as well, Very Helpful, and attended to our every need. WOW!! seems so small compared to the experience these wonderful people provided for us. There is no doubt we will be back.

Fixed menu is a great value. Steaks were chewy and did not meat expectations. Flavors were fine, but hard to cut and tough to chew. I ordered mine medium. Dessert also was a disappointment. Cheesecake was blah, good texture though. Lava cake was gooey as it should be. But for some strange reason, the cake itself was dry and chalky. If not for the great service, we would have left upset.

What a great experience! The food was amazing, the staff was wonderful. The oysters, tomahawk, and mushrooms were just perfect. I really enjoyed celebrating my birthday having dinner with friends here!
