Good location in the center of a beautiful city, people working there are welcoming, smiling and very professional and the food is just perfect ! I have never tried anything like this but it allowed me to discover something very different and in my opinion way better than any japanese or similar restaurant. Being not a big fan of fish, Yugo reconciled me by cooking it the way they do... I don't know their secret but you should definitely have a try !
