When you visit Rouen, this is a DEFINITE. Fantastic curated wine list and perfect for a pre-dinner drink. Most impressive, the owner (a young woman in her 30s), who knows almost all her clientele and makes a point for her new guests. Great address in Rouen! The waitress is adorable and very good advice! And I'm not talking about food: divine!! An impeccable service, more than reasonable prices, the quality of the products nothing to say, the owners are very welcoming! I can only recommend this address!
