A superb moment, a sought after cuisine of high voltige with local products prepared with love and authenticity. Perfect service orchestrated by a master's hand by the boss. Very nice wine card. Thank you for this great experience. I'm late to come back. View all feedback.
What Émilie Pasquier doesn't like about Auberge Quintessence:
When the espresso coffee, robusta has my opinion so low-end coffee ... costs 3.5 €.... you expect to have hygienic paper in the toilets, and clean toilets especially .... No! And with this attitude of a purely hypocritical waitress... I'm not advising you this place... View all feedback.

10/10! From welcome to service to the dishes of the plate... what a treat! We spent a very nice evening with friends in an idyllic setting. The food was delicious and worked with finesse, a happiness for taste buds. I would like to emphasize the professionalism of the guests. The welcome was particularly warm and all the ingredients were gathered to spend an unforgettable moment. The price of the menu (65€ out of drink) is worth the detour and even if it is a gastro, the portions of the five services (amusing mouth in the dessert cheese dish) are enough to satisfy our appetite. I strongly advise! See you soon
Very quiet, very good meals! Service a little long but very professional Lack of a ramp to climb in rooms for people with reduced mobility) We will return) c was very pleasant
Perfect. reception, meals, room, not forgetting the view and small cats
Gastronomes in the 4 corners of Europe, we are fans of the cuisine of Christophe and Pauline BILLAU, at which we returned for the 4th time. We find an ever more inventive, irreproachable kitchen from the aperitif to the digestive, served with good humor by Pauline. Prepared with local producer ingredients, listed on the first page of the menu. All in a sumptuous and resurgent mountain setting. In our view, Chef Christophe BILLAU's cuisine would be closer to 2 stars in Michelin's guide than to.0 stars! This discredits a little more the red guide, which gradually loses its superb, to the point that we prefer consumer reviews written on the digital sites as well as this one. I will not be surprised that the future of the guide is the same as that of the ViaMichelin GPS or that of the road maps of the same brand..
