Koekela is a hidden gem of a place! The experience of enjoying their incredibly delicious cakes is truly surreal. Despite the small size of the café, it has a very welcoming atmosphere. The service is excellent as well. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but make sure to try the carrot cake - it's a must. I've never tasted a carrot cake as amazing as theirs. I tried the vegan apple crumb at this restaurant, and while it was decent, it was not outstanding. It was also the only non-frozen vegan option available during my visit. I went 40 minutes before closing time, so perhaps those who go in the morning will find more vegan choices. View all feedback.
