Meer dan een uur moeten wachten op thee en eten, en vervolgens te horen krijgen dat de bestelling niet goed is doorgekomen en geen voorrang krijgen (we kregen na weer 10 minuten wachten te horen dat het nog wel even ging duren). Er werd ook geen enkele poging gedaan om het goed te maken, onze thee die een uur te laat kwam hebben we gewoon moeten afrekenen Service: Dine in

Very mixed lunch at Kula’s. We ordered 3 cheese toasted sandwiches and chips with one of the sandwich’s being vegan. The food took an age to arrive and when I got mine it was dryer than the Sahara desert and looked like it had been left on the side for a long time. I suspect they added egg to the vegan one and mine just hanged around whilst they recooked it. We never got our fries and when we asked the waitress she told us she forgot to add them to the order!! It’s a shame because the atmosphere of the place was really nice. Probably a good place to go for coffee or a drink, but stay clear of the food.
