One of my favorite places in Rotterdam! Very nice helpful staff, lots of vegan options (including vegan croissants, filled gingerbread, pink biscuits, and different types of hot chocolate! They also have homemade (vegan bonbons and chocolate bars to take home. They have cozy tables where you can sit alone or with a friend, nice relaxed atmosphere! View all feedback.

Warning for all people with children: This is absolutely NOT a child-friendly business!!! The owner was very unfriendly and even expressed frustration to my toddler who was walking around the store. He didn't touch anything and just enjoyed himself by simply walking around in circles. This alone was apparently too much for the owner. Earlier this year I bought two gift boxes of vegan chocolates from Florentina for over €80 to give away as a thank you. I must honestly say that I had never seen such beautiful chocolates before, but I was told by both recipients that they were absolutely indestructible and according to them they were by far the least tasty chocolates they had ever eaten. In short, you can't eat from a beautiful plate, so don't be tempted by the beautiful pictures like I was because it is absolutely not worth the money. Sorry Florentina, but I had to say this.
Wonderful place to buy chocolate. The owner is friendly and very knowledgeable. She helped us find great gifts to bring back home. We learned a lot. In addition, she makes really good coffee drinks.
I stumbled on this chocolate shop by accident, looking for a good espresso. Their love for chocolate is amazing, I’m very picky with my reviews but I respect and admire an establishment that is a labor of love. Get ready for a delicious chocolate experience!
We enjoyed today two softeis with different Topics and all ingridents were vegan so we are more than happy :
