Good food and location. Service can be improved; there was a waiter who was on his phone all the time and forgot to bring me a Pepsi even though I asked him 3 times. When paying, he had to ask me again for what I had because he did not write it down/remember, very unprofessional. Luckily I was honest, but I could have lied about how much I actually had. Tasty Spanish food! Excellent service from staff. The environment is so nice . Good beer.
We had a very good experience at 21 Pinchos, the young guy who served us was excellent. The Mushroom Truffle croquettes were amazing and extremely tasty. There small Pinchos are also from excellent quality. The place is cozy in the Market hall of Rotterdam and if you sit upstairs you can enjoy the buzz of the hall in peace.
They gave me some free stuff for my birthday, so, they are of course awesome and deserve 5 stars.
Friendly staff, great location to sit and enjoy the scenery.
