I highly recommend trying the luge and gondola. We bought a package that included a buffet lunch. The staff were incredibly friendly and even surprised us with a special dessert because we were celebrating our honeymoon. However, next time, I think I would skip the buffet lunch and either grab something at the cafe or eat afterward. While the staff and the views were fantastic, the buffet food was just average.

The restaurant was very accommodating when it came to food allergies, and there was plenty of seating available to relax and enjoy a delicious ice cream with those amazing views. The gondola ride was also fantastic and accessible for strollers and wheelchairs.

The tracks offer a great variety, and there are a few spots where you can stop and take in the beautiful scenery. The dining area is lovely, featuring a great view of Rotorua. We definitely plan to return!

All gluten-free options are clearly labeled, and the chefs are well-informed about cross-contamination, providing guidance on which dishes are safe for you to enjoy. While you pay for the buffet, they generously prepare additional gluten-free meals at no extra charge to avoid any risk of contamination. Almost the entire dessert buffet is gluten-free, except for one ice cream flavor; they even sourced fresh ice cream to prevent cross-contamination. Overall, it offers excellent value for money along with delicious food.
