Explained safety precautions without being asked and double confirmed the food was gluten free on serving. The counter GF food, while not completely separate, was grouped in a top corner of the cabinet would recommend asking if it is kept from touching gluten foods throughout. The French toast was yummy with the good GF bread! Lovely big coffee too that was made safe from oat milk contamination.
