Often doesn't have bread, cookies or anything in the drink dispenser. New workers are incompetent, old ones were perfect. Mailed me coupons which didn't work, had to use points, spent 5 minutes on the phone in front of me WHILE FOOD WAS HOT calling a manager that didn't know how to use their own system. Brilliant service, staff friendly and efficient and food was hot.

The customer service was disappointing, and the staff had unhelpful attitudes. Additionally, the lack of cheese made the visit feel pointless.
