We waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order, I asked 2 members of staff who said they couldn’t take our order, however they didn’t ask anyone else to com... read more We waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order, I asked 2 members of staff who said they couldn’t take our order, however they didn’t ask anyone else to come. e Eventually I. had to ask another member of staff to take our order, when the drinks came my partners drink wasn’t brought, I then asked another member of staff for his drink, he had waited 15 minutes, and still no food, this member of staff was extremely rude, she said we are short staffed I said this was no excuse, we had been waiting 30 minute’s,in the mean time someone brought his drink, she said in a nasty tone of voice you haven’t been waiting 30 minutes then have you . No we were waiting 45 minutes.Where is the customer service today, there is none

Good choice of how you would like your fish cooked... read more First visit to this restaurant and we can't rate it highly enough. In an age of mediocre this was first rate. Good choice of how you would like your fish cooked, the size etc. Good choice of desserts. The staff were really lovely and attentive. We will definitely go back in fact we can't wait to go back⁹

Not too many chips on the plate which is good as the fish is a decent size. Looking forward to returning soon.

Terrible visit today chips burnt, fish bites burnt, beans stuck together in a lump, one of the guests meals got served to another table so he was left waiting w... read more Terrible visit today chips burnt, fish bites burnt, beans stuck together in a lump, one of the guests meals got served to another table so he was left waiting whilst the rest of us ate. Had to ask for our bread order and the sides. We go often and never had such bad food or service. When we told waitress chips were burnt beans were a solid lump she said I can take it all away!!! Really is that the best customer service you can offer.
