Went for Sunday lunches not many people disgusted at better places than this accused us of 38 pounds when we complained about it, it will not go again we will remain what we know in future

A family member chose this for us to eat. if I read the last reviews here, I would probably have whipped somewhere else. the best at this place was the building itself, which is beautiful, but not so beautiful. only to see. eating was not good. the Mexican burger was terrible. instead of the usual chili sauce real chillies there were chili con carne stacked on the burger. it broke out everywhere you took it up to eat it. a very generous portion size, but not very beautiful. the chips were soggy. there were no specials at all. we expected better from the food. the service was slow, although the place was quite empty.

Hardly anyone, but the table service was disgusting. never seen such an uninterested waitress. eating was very poor. the chips over cooked and the scampi tasteless. this oated fat when they never waste money by going back there. the management must take the notes and their game

I have here for a family special birthday, ordered veg curry, (there was no description of how hot the curry was on the menu, and I would not have thought that a veg curry would be very hot or spicy, but it was, it burns my mouth and made my lips tingle I could not eat it as I can not eat spicy.

Cannot fault the lovely Valentines meal we had last night at The Earl. From start to finish the service and the food was brilliant. My little girl also came with us and she enjoyed her children's meal. She especially enjoyed the homemade chips! Highly reccomend...The Earl. 10 out of 10 from me!
