Hi my experience with the Dropping well is staff friendly and polite, food not so good for me but this is my opinion, food is cooked OK but low quality food, I always say that you get what you pay for, that's why it's cheap but cheap isn't always the best, my opinion.

I have no recollection of giving the one-star recommendation. The Dropping Well has always provided us with excellent service and delicious food. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a five-star experience.
