I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the staff's rudeness. When I asked for a toastie, I was ignored and then shouted at to make it myself. I needed the toastie to be warm for my sick son who was waiting in the car. The staff member then walked away from the register, muttering comments like, "Don’t make me angry!" It seemed clear that she didn't want to serve me. In today's world, we should remember that life is too short, and we never know what someone else might be going through. A little kindness and help can go a long way. #bekind #behelpful
The restaurant is very clean and spacious, offering high-quality fuel. There is a diverse selection of food items available. The staff members are extremely friendly.
I discovered this morning that part of the forecourt wasn't grit-salted, which is problematic for trucks needing to maneuver into the premises. As a result, I found myself stuck, blocking both the forecourt and part of the road. Being in that position with a fully loaded 44-ton trailer is incredibly challenging. I inquired about grit, but I was only offered water, which, considering it was -3 degrees outside, wasn't the most practical solution. To all truck drivers, I recommend avoiding this place during icy nights or snowy days, as their forecourt is unsafe, and you could potentially cause damage or harm to someone.
Very rude attendant amd very agresive. I asked why he did not challange 4 young lads about wearing masks as the huge sign says its mandatory. He said that I should not be bothered about it and the sign was to make people feel better. He filmed me driving off which was very disturbing and raised doubts about my card and personal data security.
