Little disappointed from my last visit I've been here several times now and always loved the food recently visited for my birthday to have a meal booked in adva... read more Little disappointed from my last visit I've been here several times now and always loved the food recently visited for my birthday to have a meal booked in advance as always food was good however when it came to our desserts we had to cancel them as we had waited just over 30 minutes and there was no sign of the deserts appearing on this occasion we did have to go somewhere else which was disappointing

The kids meal came with a side of Cauliflower and it took a ste... read more The Chicken New Yorker had no flavour, no seasoning and tasted like defrosted shop bought items. The kids meal came with a side of Cauliflower and it took a steak knife to cut through. The rice that cane with the second kids meal was stuck together like it had been overly microwaved and was also bland. The single Staff member in the Sheffield United Lanyard was extremely helpful, she apologised profusely and offered drinks etc to sort the issue. Altogether we Ordered 4 meals and only 1 was edible there was no offer of a refund and only one single staff member seemed to care.
