This one time I haven’... read more Me and my husband are regular customers to this take out, every time if I don’t check the bags when I collect there is something missing. This one time I haven’t looked as I had to wait 20 minutes in the shop before someone even came out and acknowledged me. My garlic naan bread was missing from the order. After driving 20 minutes home I discovered this and rang up. After calling 77 TIMES we finally got through to be told they will send it out but it will take 30 minutes. So we asked for our food replacing as we had just spent 25 pounds and it would be cold to be told no but we can have complimentary poppadoms. So they were happy to take my money but they don’t care if they miss items from my order or how they upset their customers TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will never return again!
