It can be frustrating for our family... read more We often have issues with our orders at this restaurant, as they frequently get something wrong or forget items altogether. It can be frustrating for our family. However, we keep coming back because the atmosphere is comfortable and the kids really enjoy KFC. The staff could benefit from better training in customer service and learning to smile—it really makes a difference! There is one employee named Christine who works in cleaning; she always greets us with a smile and is a wonderful lady who deserves recognition. Nothing seems to bother her. Maybe she could show the other employees how it's done! We will definitely be back.

The food was served hot and promptly. I want to give a special shout-out to the lady who cleans the tables; she consistently goes above and beyond, and she would definitely be an asset to KFC.
