I did not really get inside, but from occasions I had, from better cleanliness in general in public spaces and tables etc. ordering screens are hit and miss, and you have not worked and was confirmed by a personal who had not worked one because after I saw myself fighting with it. Took a good 40 mins to get through drive to get home and find order was incorrect. Absolute chaos here. Surely its not hard to take a order and prep a meal that is required View all feedback.

The food at this restaurant was a disaster. I ordered a trilogy box meal with a tower burger instead of a zinger because I don't like spicy food. I also asked for a side of beans and an orange Tango to drink. However, I received the wrong drink, no beans, and the burger was a zinger with only mayo on it. It was very dry and lacking hashbrown, cheese, and lettuce. The popcorn chicken was cold and I might as well have called it "icecorn chicken" since my hands were warmer than the food. I am very disappointed and either want a full refund or I will not be returning.

Ordered a app deal 2 for £10 zinger, unfortunately we don't like chicken on the bone, and was very accommodating to this and offered a reasonable replacement. Very happy

Absolutely rubbish will never go back again. Did not want drinks with box meals so had sweetcorn instead after them saying we had to have a replacement. Got home no gravy can’t have kfc without gravy. I rang up but the staff were really unhelpful saying to bring it back to replace the whole meal England quarter final had just started was so angry, asked if we could just have the meal replaced at a later date they said to bring it back after the game even though we were having drinks. The lot went in the bin ,staff really appalling. This is the Queens Court Ltd group will boycott all subsidiaries with this company. If they were willing to replace it then why not at a later date. Would score triple zero if such a thing existed.

We have just had a stressful experience placing our order. We tried to tell the person on the drive through station that there was something on our order we didn’t ask for but she kept repeating “anything else” eventually we got through to remove an item. When arriving at the collection window we heard this person talking about us to her college, I then tried to explain that she needs to slow down a bit and give customers chance to speak and that I understood how difficult it is working under the circumstances. This person refused to take the responsibility and put the blame on the customer and no apology what’s so ever. Working in hospitality myself I was quite disgusted with that attitude. All I’m saying is slow down give your customers chance to speak and when you make a mistake apologies don’t argue. Date of visit 04/03/21 18:15
