Never h... read more Blue light card users stay away. Refused to let me use my card even though attached to the app stated it’s been used once today already so it’s invalid. Never had that at any KFC in the UK. Asked for the manager snd she was useless talked over me and said it’s not valid as been used already to claim a free winning reward on the app nothing to do with the blue light connected to the app.

We were at th... read more We come here quite regularly and the food is amazing, however we are in the drive through been sat here 20 minutes and still have not been served. We were at the order point and there was not a single voice, we then pulled round to the pay window and they said they were changing tills... 20 minutes later! we’re still sat in the drive through with no food and and our order hasn’t even been taken yet. 3 other cars are in the same position as us. stupid!

Took it back and watched as the staff on the counter took it into the... read more Decided to eat in to make a change. Bacon and cheese fillet box meal. No bacon, no cheese. Took it back and watched as the staff on the counter took it into the back. Opened my sandwich without washing her hands and proceeded to put a slice of cheese and bacon on it with her bare hands. This is the person who not 30 seconds earlier had been handling cash at the till. I complained. Asked for the manager who arrived at the counter in a filthy shirt then proceeded to begrudgingly make me a replacement sandwich. No apology, no nothing. If this is what goes on where we can see what they are doing I dread to think what goes on where we can’t see.
