This hidden gem of a restaurant should definitely be on your list to try. While it may be a bit pricey, the quality of the food is well worth the cost. The staff is excellent and provides great service. We can't wait for things to go back to normal so we can visit more often, but the wait is worth it. So, what are you waiting for? What Suemg doesn't like about Clay Pit Lane Fish:
I recently ordered delivery from this restaurant and I don't plan on ordering from here again. The fish was greasy and overcooked, and the batter was burnt. It was dry inside and the scallops were also disappointing. I have ordered from this restaurant before and the quality was much better. The food I received should have been thrown out and a new order should have been made. I would never serve this quality of food... View all feedback.

Was asked to wait 10mins Waited 25 mins, for the family to be told half way through the order they had run out of chips and we had to wait again. 40 min later and not a customer is in sight we manage to get the food. Food was shocking belly ache tackle not recommended. WOSRT CHIPPY IN ROTHERHAM!!
I was told everything's fresh so if this is the case why wait 1 hour in middle of the day to wait for scalop to defrost! No peas and chips that died lastweek no more thanku
Had an absolutely beautiful butter chicken, even added a few fresh green chillis as I love an extra kick in my food. Wife had a mixed kebab which had proper chunks of meat in it, overall would definitely recommend
