The driver very kindly went back to the restaurant, returned with my main dish and wouldn’t accept my cash payment even though I stressed the ordering error was all mine!! A lovely act of kindness (and a lovely curry! Much appreciated and will definitely be ordering again!

Just ordered a chicken tikka masala and it’s like a runny thin sauce with a few scrappy shreds of chicken (hardly anything, I had to fish around to find 2-3 shreds) which didn’t matter anyway because it was COMPLETELY INEDIBLE, it was hotter than a vindaloo. Everything else was just watery even the korma. I’m only writing this review because for three curry’s, 3 chips and 3 naan it came to £44.00 and I feel completely ripped off. Those Just Eat reviews must be fake! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered via Just Eat for a takeaway delivery; have eaten in many times before and had take away before too... This time, it all went a bit wrong! Our food didn’... read more Ordered via Just Eat for a takeaway delivery; have eaten in many times before and had take away before too... This time, it all went a bit wrong! Our food didn’t get delivered and when we called to query where it was, they said it had been delivered and accused us of lying to get a refund. Obviously, we wouldn’t have wasted our time calling up if the food had been delivered we would have been sat eating it! They agreed to remake the order and we said we would come to collect it so that they couldn’t deliver it to the wrong place... turned up to collect it and they wouldn’t let us take it; said that they had to deliver it. Finally got our food delivered almost 2hours after ordering. Upon delivery, they explained that the first delivery had been taken to the wrong address and someone else had accepted it. When we finally got the food, it was lovely. However, being called liars has meant that we won’t be ordering or returning again!

Good value with half price deal but wouldn't like to be paying full price. Poor customer service.
