Absolute disaster. We called and booked a table for my 20th birthday. We had to wait forever to even order. We then had to wait another hour for our food. Other... read more Absolute disaster. We called and booked a table for my 20th birthday. We had to wait forever to even order. We then had to wait another hour for our food. Other guests who arrived long after us had already had their food (apparently there were problems with the soup). I (10 months pregnant) was very hungry. When asked when our food would come and whether we could at least have a candle (since it was my birthday, as I said), they said 4 minutes. But we had to wait another 15-20 minutes. Then we were brought the wrong food. The sparkler was lit when I was in the toilet and only after I said we wanted to leave... I pointed out to the waiters that this was absolutely impossible behavior, but I didn't feel anyone felt responsible . Only when I emphasized again that it really wasn't possible and that we were leaving now did I apologize with a piece of cake and a bottle of Tarchun. You could have saved yourself. In any case, it wasn't a nice experience to sit hungry for over 1.5 hours in a disastrously organized restaurant while heavily pregnant on my 20th birthday. Impossible.
