What bill argo doesn't like about The Village Cafe:
Disappointed we have used Fisherman's for over ten years and until recently it was always the best for miles. We tried the delivery service tonight and sadly got cold chips, lukewarm pie, and it was late. View all feedback.
Very good fish and chips. not too large, but probably a part of the chips between 2nd large selection of fish.

Freshly cooked and very tasty. large part and quite expensive. only one complaining would be a phone statement seemed to be working faster than that of us outside queuing!

Been a customer almost every week since moving nearby 5 years ago. Found it best to order takeaway in advance by phone as it's popularity means there is often a queue. Not had any reason to complain about the food, staff or service at all. New owners modernised and renamed it Little Common Fish Grill. I still recommend it.
