Mediocre at best …. Saturday evening we popped in to try a take away fish and chips as it had seemed busy when passing on a couple of occasions. It was fairly busy Saturday evening too… Positives: Large portions of both fish and chips, batter was pretty crispy All cooked fresh too order Negatives: The fish was tasteless and had been frozen. Best fish and chips I've had in this town. First time myself and hubby have tried them, and they were great. Huge portion. Chips are brilliant fluffy but crispy. Fish was really nice, with just the right amount of batter. Will definitely return.

Fabulous gluten free fish and chips here. I am a coeliac and would definitely recommend to other coeliacs, I have never had a problem.
Even though the place could do with an upgrade on the decor, the service was excellent, and the food was plenty and hot.
