What User likes about Jempson's Cafe:
It's been a while, with everything going on, but returning to Jempson's is joyful. Spoilt for choice by the cakes and savouries on offer I went for the bacon roll option, but will take some munchies for later. Lovely coffee, friendly welcoming staff, clean and...safe. What User doesn't like about Jempson's Cafe:
Went to Jempsons with my Mother for a morning tea and cake. The scone was rock hard as was the Belgium bun. So hard both items of food were left in fear of losing firmly fixed teeth. Feel that the standard has plummeted recently which...is a shame as it was very nice before. View all feedback.

Very good atmosphere n always clean n neat. I am very happy to spend my time. just to relax. especially in wintertime. it's really brilliant. very tasty savouries n hots. chair sessions r comfortable. but expect a little more comfort. ambiente are fentastic. personalservice really very good n fentastic. to go over all the blame. only that there are the prices is very good. for those. wich is not really good....management new to revise their price, that will be great.

Beautiful caffe with friendly staff and a lot of food and drinks. I think it's a little overpriced

The day after the storm, the service at this restaurant was subpar, with staff appearing overwhelmed and frustrated with customers. Some seemed to be inattentive and aloof.

Always the same beautiful personal very friendly big sausage rolls and tee swarm tees that are a great alteration of the usual simple tees, but the best are the cakes never safe that you have

I have visited this restaurant twice now. It is lovely and clean, the staff are friendly, the apple doughnuts are delicious, and it serves the best cappuccino I have ever had. The coffee is always hot. I highly recommend this Cafe.
